Job Title: Director of Sales

Reports to: CEO, Managing Director
Position Overview:

As it continues to capitalize on its strong foundation, Revenant is seeking to identify outstanding sales leaders to join the organization as Director of Sales for all US markets.  The Director will be responsible for pursuing, developing and sustaining RCM sales leads and prospects within Physician Groups and/or Hospitals.  The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge and experience in selling physician billing services to C-level executives

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible and accountable for planning, qualifying, obtaining and managing new and existing sales opportunities to achieve and exceed business plans
  • Maintain and provide accurate pipeline tracking within the department's sales process including but not limited to up to date data entry of leads and prospects into CRM
  • Responsible and accountable to plan, organize and orchestrate internal resources appropriately to obtain sales objectives
  • Develop and deliver solution proposals and presentations for Billing Services)
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets including calls per day, meetings per month, closing proposals and revenue targets
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell Revenant products when possible 
  • Frequently travel within the US to provide onsite presentations to C-level staff within Physician Groups and/or Hospitals
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending networking events and partnering with industry associations
  • Communicate effectively to deliver department goals, respond to market trends and meet unexpected challenges involved with functioning independently in a fast paced sales environment
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Responsible and accountable for planning, qualifying, obtaining and managing new and existing sales opportunities to achieve and exceed business plans
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong domain knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle preferred
  • Strong networking skills
  • Strong hunter sales skills
  • Active participation in regional and national HFMA or MGMA preferred
  • Long-term client relationship development and management skills
  • Strong rolodex of relevant contacts
  • Ability to frequently travel nationwide as necessary
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong closing skills

Business Development Executive – Part Time (Home Based)

Revenant is looking for a Business Development of Sales based in California,Texas,New York to join a team transforming the financial experience in Healthcare. What You Will Do

Your Sales experience will be focused on revenue generation for new client acquisition and retention. This is a highly strategic role. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate ownership of the process, and to build the business through a period of rapid growth. You will be responsible for exceeding quarterly and annual target on road map and revenue objectives by closing new deals with large Healthcare Providers.

  • Define prospecting strategy, identify key targets, and relentlessly execute a tactical plan to rapidly gain traction, build pipeline, and for new business relationships for Revenant
  • Thoughtfully prospect and generate sales opportunities from Leading Enterprise Healthcare Organizations for Revenant’s products
  • Build, maintain, and manage a robust pipeline of solid opportunities, and move your opportunities efficiently and effectively through the sales process.
  • Develop strategic relationships and build your personal and the Revenant brand by engaging in local and regional professional organizations (ie. HFMA)
  • Bring experience to create effective approaches to closing new business.
  • Team with assigned Customer Success Managers to identify, manage, and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
About you
  • A “challenger”: able to bring unique insights to help customers see their issues and opportunities in new ways. Differentiates from the competition based on a , strong understanding of customers’ business
  • Versatility: able to adapt style to different buyers
  • 5+ years of experience sales or business developement
  • Proven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closing
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and quotas of $ 2M+, and closing 6 and 7-figure deals
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent questioning and listening skills
  • Able to operate independently (ie. strong ownership, home office)
  • Coachable
  • Assertiveness: closes for next step
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, Master’s preferred

Note : you will be working from your own home-based office and travel as required.
