What to send for fastest response
If you have an AR problem: attach your current aging report (any format), a sample of your last month’s remits, and 5 representative claims you’re stuck on. We’ll come back with a diagnosis.
If you’re evaluating an RCM partner: send your monthly billed volume, claim mix by payer, current EHR/PM system, and what’s broken about your current setup.
If you need credentialing only: list providers needing enrollment, target payers, and any current CAQH status. Most credentialing engagements close payer-by-payer over 30-90 days.
